Wild Meadow Huts Policies

General Policies

1. Check in after 3pm/Check out before 11am

2. No smoking or vaping inside the huts - fines will apply

3. Noise levels kept to a minimum at all times - we offer a space of relaxation & tranquillity and request that our guests respect this

4. No fake tan to be worn whilst using the hot tub. The hot tub will need to be drained if fake tan is worn and a fee will apply.

5. Please remove residual fake tan & makeup before going to bed as to not stain the sheets. Please use the black makeup face cloth or disposable pads we provide if you do not have your own. Please use the turquoise microfibre towels for removing excess fake tan after showering. Fines may apply if there is excessive staining within the guests control.

6. No littering

7. No glass in the hot tub

8. No stag/hens - please contact if you wish to discuss on a case by case basis.

9. No naked flames to be used onsite

10. No pets - as much as we love pets and have our own four legged friends, our huts are not pet friendly.

11. No extra guests to use facilities or stay over aside from the guests specified on the booking

12. Keep communal areas clean

13. Dispose of waste/recycle correctly in the facilities provided

14. Damages/breaks must be reported

15. Damages/missing items/extra cleaning will be charged

16. Cars parked at owners risk

17. Keys must be returned upon check out - a fee may apply if not returned
